I was going to redo this all TTS Voices series with my Windows 8.1 host, however, every SAPI 5 voice appears to not be working for some reason. I think what happened is I had decided to install some Non-Microsoft voices. Unfortunately, that put me at a consequence. The last time it worked, I had Microsoft Sam, Mike, Mary, Anna, David, Hazel, Zira, Michael and Michelle. However, between installing ModelTalker Jake from it appears as though after I selected that as the default voice in Narrator and between the time when I installed the RHVoice voices and engine as well as the language pack from the link above, it somehow just hangs there. No errors on the voices except for LH Michael, LH Michelle, and Microsoft Sam. However, they will just simply freeze upon selecting the voice that is not one of those three in control panel.
